- No pets sorry.
- Check in from 3pm & check out by 11am to allow time to prepare Nine Steps for the next guests.
- On departure the house must be left clean and tidy or excess cleaning fees may apply.

- No charge for infants in cots
- If the booking is for two guests in separate rooms there will be an additional $60 fee.
Terms and conditions:
- 25% deposit to secure your booking
- Balance is due 28 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations incur loss of deposit
- Cancellations within 28 days of arrival incur loss of 100% of booking cost
